MELBOURNE CHAMBER ORCHESTRA
In more than 40 performances each season, the state’s most exciting chamber musicians come together as Melbourne Chamber Orchestra to create music with uncompromising artistic quality, impressive finesse and extraordinary passion.
An MCO performance conjures both the intimacy and detail of chamber music and the grandeur and spectacle of orchestral music. MCO reinvents itself at each performance to curate an exciting selection of music from the last half millennium. The orchestra has a 13-performance Melbourne season and tours the state annually. The artistic director is William Hennessy.
